LASER PRINTING HELP

1.) Not printing from a Wireless computer connection?

You need to Authenticate to the internet first before you can print wirelessly.
Open up a web browser and you should be redirected to the 4J authentication page.
If you do not get redirected type this in the URL window: https://wgw-4j.lane.edu

 

2.) I get error lights on the top of a Laser printer and it’s not printing.

First look for the model of printer and click on the following models:

HP Laserjet 1320n

HP Laserjet 2015dn

3.) Printer is out ink or toner what do I do?

If you are at a laser printer please see Brian Hartman in RM107 for a replacement.
If it’s an inkjet printer please see Cheryl Storms in the Finance office for a replacement
